Instructions:

1. Clean your nipples to remove body oil and skin residue. Dry your nipples with a towel.
2. Apply the petal nipple covers to one side at a time. Make sure that the nipple is centered on the nipple cover when applying. If you are not satisfied with the result, remove and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple cover onto your skin.

Recommendations:
1. Do not use brushes, nails or other irritating cleaning solutions to clean your nipple covers. All you need is warm water or a gentle body wash.
2. Hand wash nipple covers and do not dry them in the sun.
3. It is recommended not to use nipple covers on scars, wounds or sensitive skin.
