This is a sneaky little device consisting of a steel ring that sits around the nipple with a steel frame that houses a cloverleaf nipple clamp and screwing device.

Once fitted, it is the tension on the nipple being pulled that holds it in place, whilst slowly turning the knob will pull and stretch the nipple to achieve the desired effect. As with all clamps, keep lubricants etc away from the areas where they are applied as they will continue to slide off even with a sniff of lube.

The clamps are removable allowing you to use your own favorite clamps or similar
